Agios Pavlos Court, Office 713

Cyprus
Email: info@igvn-group.com
Phone: +357 966 063 38
We have not appointed a data protection officer. Please send any questions about data protection to the contact details above.
2. Overview
This website has been built to collect as little data as possible. It sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads no external services. We process personal data only where this is needed to run the website or to deal with your enquiry. This policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the data protection law of Cyprus.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, a service of Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We have a data processing agreement with the provider under Art. 28 GDPR.
Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically records the following in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- address requested (URL)
- previously visited page (referrer)
- browser used
We need this information to deliver the website, identify errors and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the stable and secure operation of the website. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.
4. No cookies, no tracking, no external services
Without your consent, this website sets no cookies. There is no tracking, no social media plugins and no embedded maps. Fonts are served from our own server rather than from Google Fonts or any other provider. Visiting the website therefore does not transfer any data to third parties.
Local storage in your browser
The website keeps one setting in your browser's local storage: whether you have collapsed the contact bar at the edge of the screen. This is not personal data and is never sent to our server. It simply means the bar appears as you left it on your next visit. You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.
Accessibility menu: if you choose settings in the accessibility menu, such as font size or contrast, they are stored only locally in your browser (local storage) so that they are kept on your next visit. No data is sent to us or to third parties. The read aloud function uses the speech output of your browser or operating system. You can remove the settings with “Reset all” in the menu or by clearing your browser data.
5. Anonymous visitor statistics
To see which pages are read, we count page views with our own statistics tool running on our own server. It works without cookies and never stores IP addresses.
So that repeated visits by the same person on one day are counted once, we create a hash from the IP address and browser identifier. The hash is calculated with a random value (salt) that changes every day, is used only within that day and is then discarded. It cannot be traced back to you, and visits on different days cannot be linked. The data stays on our own server and is not shared with anyone.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is improving the content of the website based on how it is used, without following individual visitors.
6. Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we process the following information:
- first name and last name
- phone number
- email address
- company or industry (optional)
- topics you are interested in (optional)
- your message (optional)
- your confirmation of the consent checkbox
We use this information solely to handle your enquiry and reply to you. It is stored in the protected admin area of the website and sent to us by email. It is not passed on to third parties.
Where your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps prior to entering into one, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries sent to us.
To keep out spam, we use technical checks that run entirely on our own server. We do not use any external service such as a captcha provider for this.
We delete your data once it is no longer needed to deal with your enquiry. Where statutory retention periods apply, for example to business correspondence, we delete it when those periods end at the latest.
7. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you give us, such as your name, contact details and the subject of your enquiry. Purpose, legal basis and retention are the same as for the contact form.
8. Google Analytics (only with your consent)
Google Analytics is not currently active on this website. If we enable it in future, the following applies.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It is loaded only after you have given your explicit consent in a consent prompt. Without your consent, nothing is sent to Google. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future through the consent settings on this website.
9. SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar and the padlock symbol in your browser. Data you send to us, for example through the contact form, cannot be read by third parties in transit.

We will then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
